Georges founded Insoft in 1998 and is in charge of overall Insoft.com international operations. He spends 70 % of his time in India, and the other 30%, traveling around the world, assisting Insoft.com customers. You can contact Georges for all management issues, contract issues, or in case you feel that your usual contacts will not be able to assist you with a particular situation.

Besides being in charge of overall Indian operations, Ambiga also heads the HR department. Along with Georges, she outlines and implements Insoft™s strategic planning. Armed with a strong knowledge of the India work culture, she is the main bridge between our mostly Western customers and our Indian staff.

Srini comes with a marketing background. As General Manager, his main task is to be your first line of support from our side. He guides new Insoft customers through the start up phase, arranges for a proper team to be built, and makes sure that you are kept informed whenever there is an issue from our side. Starting as a senior analyst, Ram has been made the Head of Strategic Planning, effectively placing him as the bridge between all our customers on one hand, and all Insoft project managers and team leaders on the other hand. His main job is to ensure that projects are planned properly in close co-ordination with our customers, and that they are delivered on time, every time.You will mostly work with him during project start-ups and whenever a milestone is due. ramkumar@insoft.com
