How to start working with Insoft
We'll schedule an initial consultation to understand your project needs, followed by a detailed proposal. Once agreed, we'll formalize the partnership, assign a dedicated team, and begin development. After careful testing, we'll deliver the final product and offer ongoing support for seamless integration and operation.
Our Approach
Our workflow is designed to be thorough, and client focused. Here’s how we ensure that every project meets our high standards:
Initial Consultation
Our journey begins with understanding your needs. During the initial consultation, we sit down with you to discuss your goals, challenges, and expectations. This stage is all about listening and asking the right questions to gain a deep understanding of your vision. We value this step as it lays the foundation for a successful partnership.
Planning and Strategy
With a clear understanding of your requirements, our team moves on to planning and strategizing. We create a customized roadmap that outlines the project’s scope, timeline, and milestones. This phase involves rigorous research, resource allocation, and risk assessment to ensure a solid strategy. Our goal is to provide you with a detailed plan that aligns with your objectives and budget.
Implementation
Once the strategy is approved, we move into the implementation phase. This is where our skilled team brings the plan to life. Using the latest technologies and best practices, we develop and execute each component of the project. Regular updates and open communication ensure you are kept informed of our progress. We pride ourselves on being adaptive and responsive to any feedback during this phase.
Quality Assurance
Quality is at the heart of everything we do at Insoft.com. Our dedicated QA team carefully tests every aspect of the project to ensure it meets our stringent standards. We employ a variety of testing methods, including automated and manual testing, to identify and rectify any issues. Our quality assurance process ensures that the final product is reliable, functional, and ready for launch.
Delivery and Support
After thorough testing and final adjustments, we deliver the completed product to you. But our commitment doesn’t end there. We provide comprehensive support to ensure a smooth transition and to address any post-delivery concerns. Whether it's training your team, troubleshooting issues, or making updates, we are here to help you succeed long after the project is completed.
What's Your Investment ?
Test projects have a fixed price of €3,000 per developer per month, all costs included. You choose the number of developers needed.
What's Your Return ?
If you're located in Western Europe, you'll save 50% compared to having a developer on your payroll and up to 80% compared to hiring a local software consultant. Additionally, you benefit from reduced people management efforts. The choice is yours.
All Costs Included
A full-time programmer in our offices works an average of 170 hours per month.
Our package includes support from an analyst, project manager, graphic designer, tester, system engineer, and technical writer, ensuring the programmer can focus only on coding. All additional tasks are handled by specialists and are included in the programmer's monthly fee, provided these resources are not used full-time. This support can combine to an additional 100 man-hours of combined effort.
The fee also covers overhead, insurance, licenses, and communication expenses.
Set Up Your Dev Team
You define the standards, procedures, and required skill sets for your development team. If you don't have standards and processes in place, we'll propose them for your approval.
Our Quality Assurance
Based on the partnership and project needs, we enhance the team with specialized profiles such as a project manager, analyst, graphic designer, system engineer, QA team, and user documentation authors. These roles are included in the developer's monthly fee, provided they are not used full-time.
Roles and Responsibilities in Partnership
We also train you and your staff on how to interact with us, what to expect, our processes, and introduce you to our key people, ensuring you are well-prepared for this new collaboration.
